SoulSpeed Performance

I called several shops around Kyle, and they either didn't respond, or wouldn't touch my vehicle because of the aftermarket upgrades. Marble reached out and from the get go the experience was PHENOMENAL. My son and I recently installed a lift kit on my 2025 Crosstrek, which left the alignment completely out of spec. Marble provided excellent, clear communication from start to finish, and the technician from SoulSpeed got the vehicle turned around incredibly fast. The results speak for themselves—the CT handles significantly better now than it did even before the lift kit went on. It feels perfectly dialed in and stable. Exceptional work, speedy service, and top-tier customer care. Highly recommend!

Wonderful service, great work. I had made my appointment a couple weeks in advance as that was was their timeframe for the soonest appointment. I ended up having to fly out for a work trip on the same morning I had to drop off my car and was out for a few days. I explained the situation and they even kept my car there overnight instead of pushing the appointment. I had bent front struts, I ended buying aftermarket Bilstein front and rear. They put on 4 new tires, installed the front struts and rear shocks I bought, and did a great alignment. My car's steering wheel was at a near 45 degree angle while driving straight (hit a curb avoiding someone driving into my lane...better than getting hit head on). Drives and handles incredibly again. Long story short, incredible work and service. Thanks!

I brought my GTI in for an alignment and initially had a frustrating follow-up experience when I came back to address a pull to the right. The interaction with one of the employees wasn’t great, and I left feeling pretty disappointed. However, when I reached out to Collin directly, he handled the entire situation professionally, respectfully, and he took the time to understand what happened— even offering and processing a refund since the shop was booked out and I needed the issue addressed before a long road trip. While the alignment itself didn’t work out for me, Collin’s customer service was excellent. His professionalism turned what started as a 1-star situation into a 5-star interaction. .

Collin and Marble at SoulSpeed have been my go-to for alignments for years. Quality work with no issues every time. I've had a few cars worked on by Collin over the last decade. Each vehicle has been lower than factory ride height, which not too many alignment shops will touch. My last visit in February was in my 2021 GTI for an alignment, and mounting + balancing of BBS Motorsports wheels. The GTI drives like a dream after the alignment and new wheels mounted. Thanks again for the A+ service.

SoulSpeed is top notch. They worked on my 95 miata's suspension, exhaust, and even some body modifications. They're patient with me and answered questions thoroughly. I couldn't be happier with the results. They were fast, too. Fair pricing. I intend on going back to get transmission work done. Go see these guys.
